Scheduling happens through Acuity and appointments should appear in your time zone. If there aren’t any times that work for you, contact me and we can try to find another time.
Cancellation, Late/No-Shows, & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, you can do so until 24 hours before your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. To cover the cost of payment processing fees and administrative labor, a $25 Cancellation Fee will be incurred when your appointment is canceled. Please ensure I am the right astrologer for your needs before booking by reviewing the information on my Offerings page, and FAQ. If you have any questions regarding whether I can provide what you’re looking for, please reach out first before booking to avoid a potential Cancellation Fee.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled consultation without prior notice, it is counted as a no-show. No-shows or cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the consultation time do not qualify for rescheduling or a refund.
Refunds are not available for completed consultations.
What to do if you’re late, or it appears that I’m late:
If you are going to be a little late for your consultation, please let me know by replying to your confirmation email from Acuity as soon as possible. If you join the Zoom meeting and it shows “waiting for the host to start this meeting” more than 3 minutes after our scheduled time, please let me know via email right away (it might be a tech problem!). Unless I reach out beforehand, the Zoom meeting will always be open right at the scheduled time, no later. If for some reason I am unable to join our session, you may reschedule at no cost.

Techniques and what I offer

For Astrology: I do not offer precision prediction, synastry or couples readings, use Placidus/quadrant houses, or utilize secondary progressions. By agreeing to these terms you agree that you understand what I am able to offer in session. When in doubt, reach out via my contact form on my website prior to booking your session to avoid a Cancellation Fee.
For Bookkeeping: At this time I work with Wave and Quickbooks Online. If you use a different bookkeeping software, I may or may not be able to assist you. While I utilize industry-standard software to manage your bookkeeping, I am not responsible for any system failures, data breaches, or data loss caused by third-party service providers or platform outages.
